These General Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to as the “GTC”, regulate the terms of use of the services provided by Cactus Print Kft.
2. Subject of the service
The Service Provider provides graphic design, printing, decoration and other visual communication services to its clients.
The information available on the website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a legally binding offer.
3. Contact and request for quotation
The website provides the option to contact the Service Provider and request a quotation.
Submitting a request for quotation does not constitute an order or the conclusion of a contract.
In every case, the contract is concluded based on individual consultation and confirmation.
4. Order and performance
The order becomes valid upon written confirmation between the parties.
The Service Provider agrees on the performance deadlines with the Customer in advance; however, such deadlines are for informational purposes only and may be affected by external circumstances.
The Customer is obliged to provide the necessary materials, graphics and information in appropriate quality and in due time.
5. Prices and payment terms
Prices are determined in each case based on an individual quotation.
Unless otherwise indicated, prices are stated in Hungarian forints and include VAT.
The Service Provider is entitled to request an advance payment before starting the order.
In the event of late payment, the Service Provider is entitled to suspend performance.
6. Liability
The Service Provider shall not be liable for:
- incorrectly provided data by the Customer,
- errors resulting from uploaded materials of inadequate quality,
- delays or errors arising from third-party services.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any subsequent errors in a graphic design approved by the Customer.
7. Copyright
Graphic materials, visual designs and other creative content created by the Service Provider are protected by copyright.
Their use may only take place based on an agreement between the parties.
8. Withdrawal and cancellation
The Customer may cancel the order in writing before its performance.
If the Service Provider has already started the work, it is entitled to proportional remuneration for the work completed up to that point.
In the case of custom-made or personalized products, withdrawal is not possible.
9. Data processing
The Service Provider regulates the processing of personal data in a separate Privacy Notice.
The Privacy Notice is available on the website.
10. Miscellaneous provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the GTC.
Amendments enter into force upon publication on the website.
These GTC shall be governed by the laws of Hungary.
11. Settlement of disputes
The parties shall endeavour to settle any disputes amicably.
If this does not lead to a result, the parties stipulate the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court according to the registered office of the Service Provider.
